We added the house extension to the rear of the house. We demolished and rebuilt several internal walls. Build Right Contractors stripped the internal linings and fully insulated and relined all walls. The extension created a new open plan living room, kitchen and dining area. The lounge had high raking plywood ceilings. The floor to ceiling glass let light stream in. We lined the other ceilings with gib board. The house extension also provided a new bathroom, and ensuite and an extra bedroom.
The kitchen had a breakfast bar and a long workbench to facilitate an efficient working area.
The house extension was built to match the style of the villa.
